Is there scarring with liposuction?
Some patients may present with or develop contour deformities of the skin surface after liposuction. This is most commonly due to poor elasticity but can also be due to irregular fat removal. Cellulite is very difficult to correct with liposuction but may be improved with fat injections. For more information and before and after photos.
