Wonderful Patients
On Monday I had a the pleasure of seeing a patient that made me feel good to be a plastic surgeon. I had the opportunity of performing breast augmentation on a wonderful young woman who is so happy with her results. She was a great candidate for this procedure but unfortunately she had a congenital clotting disorder and many people told her surgery was not possible. However she had an excellent hematologist who devised a safe regimen of drugs to prevent blood clots and bleeding to enable her surgery to be performed safety. Needless to say her surgery went fine and she has achieved the figure she desired. We all are so happy for her.
