By using a soft touch technique as described by Dr. John Tebbetts, tissue stretching is minimized, and trauma to the ribs and muscles is eliminated. The creation of the pocket for the breast implant is performed with bloodless electrocautery dissection with no bruising and minimal discomfort. All of these factors mean most patients can return to their everyday activities in a few days. Dr. Linderman uses a unique custom sizing system to assess individual physical characteristics to determine the best implant to achieve the best result.
