She did not desire increase in size of her breasts but complained of lack of contour and superior fullness. She achieved excellent correction of her severe breast ptosis with a Brazilian type mastopexy with suspension of the inferior part of the breast using a muscle belt to suspend the breast tissue superiorly and maintain the lift. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 137 pounds. | This 24 year old Zionsville, Indiana patient presented with a combination of breast ptosis and breast hypoplasia. She desired a correction of both the size of her breast and the shape. She underwent an anchor type mastopexy to decrease the excess skin and breast ptosis and 335cc saline breast implants were placed in a subpectoral position to correct her lack of fullness. Post-operative pictures were taken at four months and she is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 160 pounds. |
